At a Glance RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENTS Q4 2010

Slight increase on prior-year result

In 2010, investment in sizeable residential portfolios in Germany totalled just under 3.76 bn €. That represents a slight rise of just over 3 % on the prior-year result. At the same time, the number of registered deals increased by 26 % to 149. Especially in the second half, the market was very lively, but activity was mainly confined to the small and medium-sized segment.
