Solid take-up of 15,000 m2
In Q1, the Dortmund office market achieved a solid result, with turnover of 15,000 m2. The most popular submarkets were Stadtkrone East, with some 31 % of the total, closely followed by the core city centre, with 30 %. The most important contribution to demand last year was made by consultancies (over 40 %). Further sources of substantial take-up were other services, with 20 %, and public administration, with more than 17 %.
