Logistics and warehouse space in the Hamburg 2010

New take-up record in logistics market

Take-up of logistics and warehouse space in the Hamburg market (including environs) in 2010 achieved a new record, with a total of 617,000 m˛. That was 65 % higher than the year before and also exceeded the average performance since 2001 (357,000 m˛) by the impressive margin of 73 %. The result meant that Germany’s most important logistics market once again finished well out in front of all the other key locations.
