Due to large-format shopping centre investments, as well as diverse retail warehouse and discounter/supermarket portfolio deals, the focus of investments in terms of asset categories has been on retail properties since the beginning of the year, accounting for a share of 48% of the total transaction volume. It is particularly institutional investors which are currently in the process of raising the quota of commercial properties in their portfolios.
