Approx. 431,900 sq m of office space has been leased in Munich since the beginning of the year. Compared to last year, take-up figures increased by approx. 11%, positively influenced by a dynamic third quarter. The proportion of owner-occupiers was only 3% of this figure. Although the volume of completions is already reducing, vacancy has risen by around 10% year-on-year to approx. 1,472,000 sq m.
