With the Immopro24 keyword-service you can promptly and without difficulty receive a new one-time valid password. You should only enter your valid Email address or username which you have entered to our system.

Identifying Spam-Mail

Some E-Mail providers recognize the mail password as Spam. This appear then in a folder 'Spam' or similar.

Have you entered an invalid E-mail address?

Have you entered an invaild E-Mail address in the setting or the registration? The address has been out-of-date in the meanwhile? Have you not received any E-mail, although you have asked Immopro24 for the password?

Solution: Set a support question. In this case you have to allow our Support-Team to send you a password. Your enquiry will be promptly processed.

Please enter your username, your first name and last name, also your E-mail address from the settings. We will send you a new password only when we can clearly identify you as this user!

Why can I not keep my old password?

Immopro24 does not know your chosen password. To prevent possible data misuse, all passwords will be saved in our database. It is impossible for us to encrypt your keyword, for this reason you will receive a one-time valid password which you must immediately change after the first log in.
