Alta Fides AG Appoints Dr. Marcel Crommen New Board Member

Dr. Marcel Crommen brings comprehensive expertise and experience in the real estate industry to his new job as CFO. Recent positions include head of investment banking in the real estate sector of Deutsche Bank since 2004, and a matching position with Citigroup where he was responsible for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East.



Following the conceptual reorientation of the business models to align it with the “YOUNIQ – Student Living” business unit, former board member Jan Giessler resigned from the post as of June 30, 2009, subject to mutual consent between him and the company. Thus, Dr. Marcel Crommen will head ALTA FIDES AG together with fellow board member Rudolf Bartsch, and specifically take charge of the strategic and operative implementation of YOUNIQ – Student Living.
