The real estate agent of the transaction was Colliers Bräutigam & Krämer, Stuttgart. The property is situated in the best office location of Mannheim, directly opposite the main station, with optimum links to supra-regional rail traffic. But the urban public transport connections and its reachability by individual transportation are exceptionally favourable as well.
The top-ranking international human resources consultants Hays AG are the principal tenants of the property, which was completed in 1995.
