Henning Heinemann reinforces the management of Targareal Consulting

He joins Targareal Consulting from DIC Onsite where, since 2008, he has headed the Frankfurt office. With his 15-strong team, he was responsible for the asset management, letting management and property management of around 60 DIC properties in the Rhine-Main region. Henning had previously been in charge of the Frankfurt office of GPT Halverton where, between 2006 and 2008, he led a team of four asset managers and was responsible for property assets worth 320 million Euro. After graduating in industrial engineering, he began his professional career at international consulting firm Jones Lang Lasalle GmbH, as Property Manager for various properties owned by a range of German and international investors.

Targareal Consulting GmbH, based in Frankfurt, is an owner-managed real estate company that was founded in 2009. It specialises in the asset management of problem properties in the Retail, Light Industrial, Logistics and Office sectors. Targareal Consulting's range of services is aimed at international institutional investors and family offices. As an independent company, Targareal Consulting also undertakes interim management for individual properties, for example focussing on efficient letting management, and special projects such as optimising operating costs.

Targareal Consulting currently manages property assets worth around 200 million Euro.
