Engel & Völkers Commercial and STIWA Hotel Valuation & Consulting GmbH plan to cooperate closely in the future. The international real estate consultancy company will assemble a specialist team based in Hamburg, committed to providing an even higher standard of professionalism and sharper focus on marketing hotel properties from now on. “The cooperative venture with STIWA, a chartered surveyor company, puts us in an ideal position to meet this objective. Last year’s volume of hotel property transactions clearly reveals that the hotel business is booming worldwide and that demand keeps rising. For about two years now, the hotel team of Engel & Völkers Commercial has been providing management services to national and international hotel operators as well as consultancy services to hotel investors in respect of all property-related matters.
