New tenant in the Borsigturm in Berlin-Tegel

Berlin: Bardenheuer GmbH – a consultation and system house which specialized on the telecommunication, automotive and security industries – expands in Berlin.

The enterprise will move at the turn of the year to the Borsigturm, an object of the Windsor AG, and rents a floor with approx. 233 sqm. With a whole height of 58 m, 12 floors and office surfaces of a total of 2.845 sqm the Borsigturm was the first skyscraper of Berlin. The ensemble was awarded several times, among others with the Immobilien Award, the Deutscher Bauherrenpreis, Certificate of Merit and the Deutsche Städtebaupreis. The Berlin branch of NAI apollo has mediated the hire contract.
