West Midlands: Property consultant Colliers CRE has moved into the top floor of Eleven Brindleyplace following the completion of a £200,000 fit out. The exit from its city centre base in Church Street to Birmingham’s new base signals another vote of confidence for the real estate consultancy which has ambitious expansion plans, according to David Smeeton, head of the Birmingham office.
