The communication platform Immopro24 serves as an interface for members of our network.
1. It targets on one side European corporations which plan national/international real estate investment and are seeking recommended plant or development properties.
2. On the other side suppliers receive the chance to present their plots of land and buildings to a selected group of prospective customers
3. Finally local service providers, such as architects, lawyers or tax advisors who, as partners of the Immopro24 network, bring with them their specific trade experience in investment projects, are contacted. Think internationally, deal locally.
Yes, but .......Immopro24 is a so-called Business to Business (B2B) platform. We do not accept offers or requests for apartment, one-family homes (etc -) i.e. properties for private use. If, however, as a private individual you have a property available which is of interest to an investor or a developer, then you have the express right to become a member of our platform. For the advertisements which are aimed at private people, we refer you to the respective B2C platforms on the Internet.
The entire site structure of our online offer can be found, clearly represented, on the site map.
1. After you have registered with us as an Economy, Business or First-Class member using our registration form, we have given you an access, please log in with the access data (user name and password) which you chose previously.
2. Now you can enter the required information either on your personal page under the selection point Direct Access, or via the navigation bar at the head of the page under the selection point Offer real estate.
Further information about the various memberships can be found further down under the section Member Area on this page.

Thereby you can greatly expand your real estate network in Europe. However in order to enter yourself free-of-charge in this real estate branch book, you must at least register as a free partner.
Within the scope of our service we also offer professional translation specialised in the real estate sector. Furthermore, you can save your search queries and check the latest publications when you visit Immopro24 next time. However, as a free member, it is not possible to publish any real estate offers.
For beginners, who would like to present their B2B real estate offers to target groups all over Europe. As Economy member you have all access rights of the free member. In addition, you have the possibility to publish a real estate offer on the pages of Immopro24 and be informed within a short time via an Email alert about the latest results of your saved searches. You have the chance of a simple property assessment, you can add up to three pictures, an exposé, a location map, and a floor plan to your real estate offer and the basic outline of your offer will be automatically published in four most important European languages (German, English, French and Spanish).
For fastidious suppliers and professionals in the B2B real estate area, who wish to arrange their performance package differently. As an additional service to the afore-mentioned groups, you can, as a Business Member, publish a maximum of 20 real estate offers on the pages of Immopro24 internationally, and store a maximum of 50 properties. You will be automatically listed in the Immopro24 international industry book for no extra charge, you will receive the business card to represent your company either in a basic version at no extra cost or in the Premium Version for a small fee. As a new member of our network you can only use the offers in the protected area if you have been given access by us. This normally occurs when we have received your membership fee. If you have chosen to pay by credit card, the access is given promptly. If you wish to pay by invoice, then the access is given after approximately 7 days. We inform you immediately by Email in both cases when the access for your user account has been granted.
